All bookings will be secured by pre-payment.
If payment is not secured within 24 hours the booking will be cancelled (24 Hours)
All cancellations must be done via email to golfbookings@ruimsigcc.co.za or golfd@ruimsigcc.co.za
Any cancellation within 4 – 10 days prior to the date of play will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of both green fees and carts.
Cancellation made within 4 days or fewer prior to the date of play will be subject to 100% cancellation fee for both green fees and carts.
No refund for No Show.
Late arrivals will be regarded as a “No Show” / cancelled tee off time and are subject to the same penalties.
Ruimsig reserves the right to create 4-balls from 1, 2 and 3 ball bookings.
