Club Terms and Conditions

If payment is not secured withing 1 hour the booking will be cancelled. All cancellations must be done via email to golfmanager@hazendal.co.za,golfadmin@hazendal.co.za, 24 hours in advance of day of play.
No refund issued if you do not call or email to cancel you reservation.
No refund for No Show.
Late arrivals will be regarded as a “No Show” / cancelled tee off time and are subject to the same penalties.
Hazendal Wine Estate reserves the right to create 4-balls from 1, 2 and 3 ball bookings.

PLAYERS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BRING THEIR OWN ALCOHOL, SOFT DRINKS AND FOOD ONTO THE GOLF COURSE. OUR MARSHALS ARE INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ANY SUCH THING IF FOUND.
Sharing of clubs/golf bags is not permitted. Rental sets are available at golf reception. A maximum of 4 players are permitted per tee time. Late arrivals will not be able to tee off until there is tee time available.
