Cancellation/Refund Policy

Bookings made online will be automatically cancelled if not paid within 24 hours.

All rates are subject to change.

Any booking requests made for a tee time will be subject to specific criteria.

All bookings are required to be paid upfront in full. Only payment in full will serve as confirmation of the tee time.

All bookings on our website are subject to the full non-associated rate applicable to the season in which the tee time is booked. Bookings made via email to the Club will be quoted at the applicable seasonal and category rate.

Refunds will be made as follows and applies to bookings made online through the Erinvale Golf Club website (www.erinvale.com), and via email at bookings@erinvale.com.

• If a booking is cancelled more than 7 days before it falls due, 90% of the payment will be refunded.

• If a booking is cancelled within 7 days but more than 48 hours before the booking falls due, 50% will be refunded.

• If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of falling due, there will be no refund.

If the course is closed through bad weather on the day of the booking, a 100% refund voucher will be given.


Hollowtining of the golf course will take place from Monday 28 August – Friday 1 September 2023.

Please be advised that the greens will still be very sandy three weeks after Hollowtining treatment.

 

PLEASE NOTE: 

• Erinvale is a CASHLESS environment.

• DIESEL LEVY:  Due to excessive loadshedding, a R20 per round levy is payable upon check-in at the Pro-Shop. 

• Our Driving range is only available for warm up prior to Tee time, not for practice.

 

DRESS CODE

Whilst our dress codes have been relaxed in line with modern standards it remains important that some standards are maintained to uphold the traditions and prestige of Erinvale Golf  Club and it is essential that Club members and guests alike adhere to these regulations. The following rules do still apply:

Golf: Recognised golfing attire should always be worn. This excludes sweatpants, running or tattered clothes, t-shirts and jeans.

The Clubhouse: Casual dress code including sandals, shorts and t-shirts are permitted on the patio areas until sunset. After sunset members and guests are requested to wear smart casual clothing indoors. No caps or hats permitted indoors. Members are reminded that it is their responsibility to ensure their guests conform to the Club’s dress regulations.
