You can cancel up to 24 hours before a reservation date for Visitors. Cancellation fees will apply to any cancellation made less than 5 days in advance. Any payment links are valid for up to 6 hours, after which bookings without payment are automatically cancelled. If you have any queries about this policy please contact Kloof Country Club. If a refund is agreed and due, it will take between 7 & 10 working days to be processed. Variable rates – Our online booking platform offers variable rates i.e. The ability to select different rates and associated costs. If it is found that the incorrect rate was selected upon booking and payment, the club reserves the right to raise the outstanding balance or difference in rates upon player check-in.
